Services Provided

LeadSeeq connects local service providers with potential customers by delivering lead contact information submitted through our forms and advertising channels. We do not guarantee job conversions or revenue outcomes.

Lead Delivery & Billing

You will be charged per lead, with pricing based on your selected vertical, location, and lead type (exclusive or shared).
Leads are delivered via email.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact info is accurate to receive leads promptly.

Refund & Dispute Policy

We do not offer refunds for valid leads. However, you may dispute leads that are:

Clearly fake or invalid contact info
Duplicates (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)

To file a dispute, email [email protected] with the lead details.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LeadSeeq at any time for misuse, fraud, or nonpayment.

Limitation of Liability

LeadSeeq is not liable for:

Business losses or missed opportunities
Job cancellations or lack of customer response
Errors caused by third-party tools or integrations

All services are provided “as is” with no warranty or guarantee of specific results.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
